Standard Returns
- 30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt is required to process the return.

Custom "Bookies" & Exceptions
- Non-Returnable: Customized gift bouquets ("Bookies") are highly personalized and delicate. They cannot be returned for a standard refund.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Damage & Replacements
- Immediate Reporting: If your product (including Bookies) arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photo Evidence: Please include clear photos of the damage and the original packaging.
- Resolution: We will happily send a replacement or provide a full refund for transit-damaged goods.
